1. Digital Product Delivery

CurlLabs is a digital service. Upon completing your purchase and verifying your email, you will receive immediate access to your account and the ability to generate your Precision Hair Blueprint. Your personalized scan results, product recommendations, and routines are delivered digitally within your dashboard — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

  • Hair Scan & Blueprint: Delivered instantly upon photo upload. Results are generated within 60 seconds and available in your dashboard immediately.
  • Quick Start Session (add-on): After purchase, you will receive a scheduling link via email within 24 hours. Sessions are conducted live via video call and typically scheduled within 5 business days of purchase.
  • 5-Day Bootcamp (add-on): Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Live sessions begin on the next available cohort start date, communicated via email within 24 hours of purchase. Lifetime replay access is provided for all recorded sessions.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with CurlLabs for any reason, you may request a full refund within 12 hours of your initial scan. No questions asked.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@mycurllabs.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring plan (monthly or quarterly), you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle, but you may request a full refund within 12 hours of your initial scan under our money-back guarantee.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Account Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your access to premium features (including scan results, product recommendations, and any purchased add-ons) will be revoked. Free features, if any, will remain accessible.

8. Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 12-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
