CurlLabs provides AI-powered hair analysis, personalized product recommendations, and custom hair care routines. Results are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions, not medical or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with others.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All purchases include a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 12 hours of your initial scan for a full refund.

5. Subscriptions

Some plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Share or resell your account access

All content, designs, algorithms, and branding on CurlLabs are owned by CurlLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for analysis.

8. Disclaimer

CurlLabs provides hair care recommendations using AI technology. Results may vary. Our recommendations are not a substitute for professional dermatological advice. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to recommended products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurlLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
